Pasta Al Limone

LE’s Pasta Al Limone with meal prepped chicken 🍋

the perfect way to end summer

What You Need:

1 pound of Bucatini (I prefer it to Spaghetti) 

5-6 tablespoons Butter 

2 Lemons - the juice & zest 

3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 

1 cup Pecorino (I prefer to cook with Pecorino over Parmesan because it’s saltier) 

2 pinches of garlic (after you add the zest forgot to film it & optional) 

Splash of Pasta Water to thin 

Salt & Pepper to your liking 

Place pasta in sauce & serve with more Pepper,Parmesan, & Zest

Heavily salt your pasta water and bring to a boil

While your pasta boils, in a saucepan add butter, lemon juice, and heavy whipping cream and whisk together

Add in lemon zest and cheese and whisk together

Salt and pepper to your liking

Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water if needed to thin sauce

Serve immediately with extra cheese, zest, and pepper
