Lauren’s Chicken Marinade

Whether you’re headed to the grill or air fryer, this chicken marinade is the perfect protein for any juicy meal!

What You’ll Need:

4 breasts

Olive Oil

One Lemon

Buttermilk

Garlic, Salt, Pepper 

How To:

Butterfly cut or pound out your chicken so the breasts cook evenly

In a bowl combine your chicken with a big splash of olive oil and a big splash of buttermilk, enough to cover all your chicken

Why a splash of butter milk? The natural acidity of the buttermilk tenderizes the meat, and also adds a tangy flavor to the chicken.

Juice entire lemon into bowl and add your fresh garlic or garlic powder, and as much salt and pepper as you’d like.

For an extra kick add red pepper flakes!

Mix everything up and let sit covered in fridge for at least 20min or overnight

Take out chicken and slightly pat dry then cook to your liking!
